Mr. Payne is an executive skilled in cybersecurity and information solutions protecting national security. He has more than 28 years of experience solving complex problems and achieving defensive and offensive cyber results for the U.S. government. As an Executive Director in ManTech’s Defense Sector, Mr. Payne is an expert in the cyber and information services disciplines, delivering solutions to solve the increasingly sophisticated needs of customers.

Mr. Payne’s areas of expertise include programs focused on defensive cyber operations, cyber training, cyber testing, cyber hardening, AI and cloud security. Mr. Payne joined ManTech after transitioning from a Silicon Valley software defined infrastructure company he founded and served as a Vice-President until the company’s successful exit in 2019.
