Senior Agile CoachIBMJed Hadley is an Agile, Digital Transformation, and Delivery Leader with 15+ years' experience in the Federal and Private sector. His current role is as a Senior Agile Coach at IBM within their Federal Consulting Practice. He has led Transformation efforts throughout the Federal Government as well as the Banking industry. He has past experience as a Program Manager, Agile Coach, Consultant, and Federal Contracts Manager.
He is interested in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and how to make work a more worthwhile and valuable experience not only for customers, but for the people executing and delivering. Jed holds many professional certifications and academic achievements from the University of South Carolina, Georgetown University, and Worcester Polytechnic Institute. |
