John Jarman is a seasoned pharmaceutical professional with over 10 years of experience in validation and MS&T management. As a Senior Consultant at the Azzur Group, John works with clients on various projects such as customer complaint investigations, technical writing, Computer System Validation, deviation investigation, documentation writing, and Out Of Specification investigations.

Prior to joining Azzur Group, John held roles as Validation Manager and MS&T Manager in various pharmaceutical companies where he managed the cleaning validation team and successfully completed numerous projects. John’s background brings a wealth of experience to the program. Prior to his roles in pharmaceuticals, where he worked his way up from entry level to management, he has worked in multiple industries such as audio/video production, documentation/drafting, telecommunication manufacturing, shipping/logistics, and nuclear component inspection. 

John earned an MBA from Liberty University, returning to academics after 20 years in the field. He is a member of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE), allowing him to network with other professionals in the field.

John is dedicated to continuous improvement and leadership development throughout his career. He is excited to serve as an Advisor for the Shenandoah University Transformative Leadership Program and contribute to developing future leaders in today's dynamic business environment.
