Onboarding/ Project Manager

Cisco

I'm currently a Project Manager on the Global Strategic Programs team at Cisco Systems, working to revolutionize how our Cybersecurity sales and leadership team operates and ensuring our worldwide sales team has an outstanding onboarding and training experience with digital automation software. I'm passionate about arming our teams with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to excel in the competitive world of Cybersecurity, leveraging AI tools to achieve this.

​I also serve as a Project Manager, closely collaborating with leadership teams on strategic initiatives to enhance sales reporting and operational processes. Prior to my Cybersecurity role, I pioneered Hilton Worldwide's global admin team onboarding program and worked on organizing Political Action Committees for EY and American Express. 

In addition to my professional work, I'm a proud survivor of a migraine condition, thanks to the support of my service dog. I also volunteer for the Virginia German Shepherd Association, where I contribute my time and effort to a cause I deeply care about. I'm fortunate to have a fantastic partner, and together we have three wonderful kids whom I love to watch grow and succeed in their own unique ways.
