Cindy Thomas is the Director of Leadership Development and Training at the National Association of Community Health Centers, Inc. (NACHC). She is a highly skilled professional with a passion for leadership development, executive coaching, and workforce well-being and resilience. With extensive experience in curriculum development and training design, Cindy has managed and implemented grant deliverables and training budgets of up to $6.375 million annually for non-profit organizations and associations.

Cindy holds a Leading Thriving Organizations Certificate (2023) and Leadership Coaching for Organizational Well-Being Certification (2024) from George Mason University, and is a certified Happiness Advantage Trainer. Cindy earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from the State University of New York at Cortland.
