Director, University Relations Talent AcquisitionCVS HealthI have had the pleasure of serving in a variety of leadership roles since beginning my career with CVS Health in 2006 as a Pharmacy Intern. As a leader, I empower colleagues to tackle challenges and grow with purpose. In 2022, I led my team to quickly pivot to successfully develop and implement a hybrid Corporate Internship Program for 400 students across the US, which was nationally recognized by Vault and received higher satisfaction ratings than the in-person programs in previous years. I am continuing to leverage my passion for helping students find their fit with CVS Health as I lead the expansion of our diversity strategies for University Relations.
